This was for a couple with a great sense of humor to welcome their new little one when he was born.

Air force cake

It is always an honor to me when I can help honor our service men and women.
This cake was for a going away party for a young man who is heading off to the air force.

Southern Themed cupcake

A woman only turns 80 once. ;)

This sweet woman wanted a southern theme for her big party - so with the colors of white and yellow, I made 8 dozen of these beauties. Chocolate buttercream on classic white and Vanilla buttercream on chocolate.

I think they matched perfectly!

Pretty in Pink - Baby shower cake

Giggles and curls, ribbons and bows- She's so adorable from her head to her toes!

Of course when you think of little girls, you think of pink and bows.  I think this cake fits the bill perfectly welcoming a new little one.

The cake is a strawberry cake with a strawberry buttercream covered in fondant.

Pineapple Flowers on Pineapple Buttercream

This was my first attempt at pineapple flowers.  It was for a personal event so I was okay if it didn't turn out exactly perfect.
I was glad I tried it!  I learned what I need to do in the future to keep the flowers intact.  Not bad for a first attempt though and the pineapple buttercream was delicious!

Jungle Baby Reveal Cake

I had such a wonderful time making this baby reveal cake!

It's the newest craze, you know... parents throwing a party to reveal 

whether they will have a bouncing baby boy or girl.

Well... the excited mommy-to-be decided she wanted the cake decorated 

to match the theme of the baby's room - jungle.

Despite the fact that they said the animals were so cute,

It didn't keep them from cutting in. :)

Of course I had to include a sign with this cute little monkey.

Can you guess what they are having?? YAY! A little boy!
