Elmo Sesame Street birthday cakes

Elmo and Sesame Street are always favorites of little ones.

This Elmo was the "smash" cake for a 2 year old's birthday party.

Then the tiered cake was for everyone else.  The parents purchased an Elmo figurine and #2 candle to place on the top.

Sock Monkey Cake

My sister-in-law was expecting a little boy... knowing how much my brother LOVED his sock monkey when he was little, I just couldn't resist in making the shower a sock monkey baby shower with a sock monkey cake.

Calla lily wedding cake

The bride and groom had the colors of cornflower blue and white with calla lilies as their flower.

I was proud to be asked to make their wedding cake!

I was asked to make a simple yet elegant bridal shower cake just using the colors cornflower blue and white.

Baseball cake

We live and breathe baseball at my house... so it was only appropriate that we had a baseball themed party.

This was the smash cake for the birthday girl.

Animal / Sports baby shower cake

This one was made for a  baby shower.  Their bedding in the baby's room was animals playing sports. 

I used it as my inspiration for the cake.

This was my first real attempt in sculpting things out of fondant.  

I was very pleased with the results.
