Pineapple Flowers on Pineapple Buttercream

This was my first attempt at pineapple flowers.  It was for a personal event so I was okay if it didn't turn out exactly perfect.
I was glad I tried it!  I learned what I need to do in the future to keep the flowers intact.  Not bad for a first attempt though and the pineapple buttercream was delicious!

Jungle Baby Reveal Cake

I had such a wonderful time making this baby reveal cake!

It's the newest craze, you know... parents throwing a party to reveal

whether they will have a bouncing baby boy or girl.

Well... the excited mommy-to-be decided she wanted the cake decorated

to match the theme of the baby's room - jungle.

Despite the fact that they said the animals were so cute,

It didn't keep them from cutting in. :)

Of course I had to include a sign with this cute little monkey.

Can you guess what they are having?? YAY! A little boy!

Horse cake

This birthday cake was made for a young girl who loves horses.

(I mean, honestly, what little girl isn't in love with horses sometime in their childhood??  I know I was!)

So, it was a true joy to make this cake for her!

Boxer dog cake

The birthday girl wanted her favorite little pooch (a boxer) to be part of the celebration.

Wouldn't you know it that her favorite cake is chocolate and so is her puppy's name?

Cowboy cupcakes

We had a cowboy themed party at work today.
Thought these little gems fit the bill perfectly.

Apple Cider Cupcakes w/Apple Butter Filling and Caramel Frosting

I am always trying out new recipes.

This one was perfect for a fall party I attended last week.

I mean who can turn away Apple Cider Cupcakes w/Apple Butter Filling and Caramel Frosting??

If you have a flavor you would like to try, please let me try it out for you!

Bachelor party Butt cake

Oh... you gotta love the cakes guys come up with for their buddy's bachelor party.

Nothing like a good butt cake to send the message.
